Privacy Policy
Policy version: DRAFT v1 — 2026-08-20. Effective date set at publication.
This page says, in plain language, what ManageBee collects, how we use it, and who we share it with. How long we keep data, how deletion works, and the Data Processing Addendum live on our Data Terms.
Who we are
ManageBee LLC ("ManageBee", "we") provides software that helps teams organize work, communicate, and deliver. Questions: hello@managebee.com or our Contact page.
What this policy covers
This policy covers the ManageBee application and the sites we operate. It does not cover your own customer-facing sites, portals, or documents you publish — you are the controller of your customers' information.
Information we collect
- Account. Name, email, organization, and role.
- Workspace content. Records, documents, photos, messages, schedules, invoices, and other files you and your team create or upload.
- Usage needed to run the service. Sign-in, device, approximate location from IP, and diagnostics.
- Payments. Card charges are handled by Finix. We do not store full card numbers.
- Messages you send us through Contact or email.
How we use it
To provide and secure the service, to bill, and to communicate with you about the product. We do not sell Customer Data. We do not use Customer Data to advertise to your customers.
Calendar
If you connect Google Calendar, we use Google Calendar API on your instructions. Connecting is optional.
We write the event title, location, and description you configured onto the Google calendar you chose. That write is a controller instruction: you decide the words.
We read free and busy time only from the calendars you check. We do not store personal event titles. On the ManageBee schedule, that time shows as Busy.
Calendar data is not used for ads. Calendar data is not used for model training. We follow Google's Limited Use requirements for this API.
How long we keep the connection is described in the Data Terms. Tokens are stored encrypted. Disconnecting stops new writes; whether existing events stay on Google is a choice you make at disconnect.
Who we share with
We use the processors listed on our Sub-processors page and in DPA-6 of the Data Terms. We remain responsible for their performance. We do not sell personal information.
Your rights
Owners can export and request deletion from Settings → Account → Privacy & Data. The retention and notice schedule is in the Data Terms. If you are a customer of a ManageBee business, contact that business — they are the controller of your information.
Children
ManageBee is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.
Changes
Material changes will be posted on this page. Retention-window changes follow the notice rules in the Data Terms.
