Set up your services with variants and condition-based pricing (square footage, distance, add-ons). Estimates and invoicing flow from the same catalog.
Online booking
Public booking page tied to your service catalog. Customers self-schedule; bookings flow into your calendar and trigger a Chore for confirmation.
Chores (automations)
Things that run on your behalf in the background — a booking confirmation, a follow-up task after delivery, a reminder when a recurring service is due. All configurable, all yours.

HTML / ZIP detection shipped. Coverage is narrower than Spectora's; many templates need concierge import. Send yours.
Home Inspector Pro .tpz importer
Parser ships with sample-template fixtures; works for the common shapes.
Hivewell — voice capture + dictation
Push-to-talk and continuous modes both implemented; ASR clean-up is real. Will mishear you sometimes.
Hivewell — photo + vision intelligence
Vision-analysis schemas + Gemini integration shipped. Quality varies by photo type; tell us when it gets something wrong.
Hivewell — document AI suggestions
Fill, summarize, completeness, follow-up, review-readiness — all real handlers. Approve/reject preview cards. Don't trust it blindly.
Native iOS + Android apps
Real Expo apps with 845+ screens shipped. Substantial parity gaps from web (most recent native-parity sweep flagged 9 blockers + 100+ high-priority gaps). Functional in the field for the core flows; not yet a full replacement for web.
ManageBee Payments — onboarding flow
Operator merchant-onboarding service shipped; the underlying payment processor for client-facing payments is being finalized (we're comparing 4 candidates — founding members see the decision).

Landing during your partnership

On the way during the 10 weeks. Dates we expect to hit, not promises we'll stake reputations on.

Custom phone numbers + 2-way SMS
Telnyx infrastructure shipped (10DLC + toll-free + numbers). Number-provisioning flow lands Week 1; 10DLC registration carries the usual carrier-side delays.
ManageBee Payments — processor swap-in
Weeks 2–4. Final processor selected and integrated. Live for founding members who opt in.
Native mobile parity push
Closing the 100+ high-priority gaps through May. Specific gaps you hit get fast-tracked.
Hivewell — broader availability
Through June. More surfaces inside the document system; entitlement tiers smoothed.
Termite + Florida-specific inspection forms
Through June. If you need one sooner against a job you've already booked, message us — we can prioritize.
