Subprocessors

ManageBee uses the third-party service providers listed below to help deliver the platform. These providers act as "subprocessors" under our Privacy Policy: they process your data on our behalf and only to the extent necessary to provide their service to us.
We vet every subprocessor before adding them — reviewing their security, privacy commitments, and data-residency practices. Each subprocessor is bound by a data processing agreement that requires them to meet or exceed our own privacy and security standards.
Change notifications: We will provide customers at least 30 days' advance notice before adding a new subprocessor that has access to customer data. To receive these notifications, subscribe to subprocessor change announcements by emailing privacy@managebee.com.

Customer-initiated integrations
The services above are engaged by ManageBee to run the platform for all customers. You may additionally choose to connect ManageBee to third-party services of your own — for example, accounting systems (QuickBooks, Xero), file storage (Google Drive, Dropbox), calendars, or identity providers. Those services are your processors, not ours, and their privacy terms apply to how they handle any data you send them through that integration.
